The service

write-like ("the service") analyses your writing style from your sent emails and rewrites text to match your voice. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

Your content

Your emails and writing profile remain yours. You grant write-like a limited licence to process your email content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service on behalf of others without their knowledge
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Service availability

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss, though we will always provide reasonable notice of any permanent discontinuation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing any rewritten content before sending or publishing it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, write-like is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if anything).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
